3 time I ring each time I was on hold for more than 30 minutes what a joke for a government department to be on hold 3 time for more than 30mts even on line I can't find what I need Ps your website no good

Saddly, after being on the phone twice, and each time more than 35 minutes, they disconnect the line. They don't understand that the customer has been on their website and couldn't find what they were looking for hence why they continued waiting to get to an operator. Shame, they don't deserve any star 🙁
