I'm currently going through a workers compensation claim with Law Partners,Parramatta and although the case is still ongoing, I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed and satisfied I’ve been with their service so far.

From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive. They’ve taken the time to explain each step of the process clearly, and I’ve always felt like I’m being listened to and genuinely cared for. Communication has been consistent, and they’ve kept me well-informed on every development in my case.

I truly appreciate how thorough and compassionate they’ve been, especially Haider, Josh, Lucy and the team during when I has been a stressful and uncertain time for me. Their experience and knowledge in handling workers compensation matters have given me confidence that my case is in good hands.

Firstly, I wanted to acknowledge that coming from NZ I was unaware of what a "worker's compensation claim" was. It was difficult locating a law firm that could assist me and thanks to the Independent Review Office they provided options of law firms for selection. The law firms that I had contacted in my area (prior to Law Partners) all required a pre-requisite charge. Finding Law Partners, they immediately welcomed me with information of how we could proceed together. They were transparent and honest, informing me that the process was going to take time and for me to be patient as they worked through collecting information relevant to my case.
While it has been quite a trying time for my wife and I, surviving on a single income for the past 8 months, has certainly tested our resilience.
Throughout the process the Law Partners Team (Jacob Naddaf since left), Shabana Yar, Claudia Perovic and George Audish have been supportive and helpful.
I am a person that likes to be across everything despite my injury and the team have continued to maintain good communication and updates, that leaves me reassured and without concern.
As we move into progressing to the PIC space, meeting with Shabana online, provided the confidence that her, and the team, have my best interests at heart. I am also encouraged that through this conversation her expert knowledge and guidance will meet success.
