Came to them having had a bad experience with another law firm. Very,very slow and it's next to impossible to contact them. It's been more than a year now but can't see any results yet.Very disappointed and frustrating ringing them and or emailing them.Can't get anyone to speak to you ? it will take weeks to get a reply from my solicitor. Just found out that the solicitor holding my case left the firm and NO ONE ADVISED ME. Now someone else is apparently handling it, which I haven't even heard from her either. ?
