Absolutely wonderful experience. Helen and Angela at Law first in Maryborough have looked after the sale of both our properties. Selling our property in Maryborough, and purchasing our new property in Cairns. The expertise has been fantastic, and they were incredibly thorough with their conveyancing. I am waiting on a contract to be drawn up for private purchase the seller is using this company we have both been waiting 4 weeks. Instead of telling him everything he needed first time round he keeps getting told he needs more documentation. When he finally dropped in final documentation solicitor was on holidays and contract still not able to be done. Not happy with the incompetence of this company when I am in a hurry to purchase this house as I have moved from Brisbane currently staying in my caravan until settlement
