I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lawpath. Their service quality fell well below acceptable professional standards. My primary concerns include:

The firm consistently assigned random lawyers to my case who arrived unprepared for meetings. This demonstrated a complete lack of case continuity and wasted valuable time as each new lawyer needed to be briefed from scratch.

When I raised legitimate concerns about their service quality and lack of preparation, they abruptly terminated their services instead of addressing the issues professionally. This was done without proper notice or warning, leaving my company vulnerable to ongoing legal matters unresolved.

Their unprofessional conduct has caused significant disruption to my business operations. The sudden termination of services without proper handover or transition planning is unethical and shows complete disregard for client welfare.

I would strongly suggest other businesses carefully consider these issues before engaging Lawpath's services. Their practice of assigning unprepared lawyers and terminating services without notice when questioned poses serious risks to any business requiring reliable legal support.

Caveat Emptor. Be aware there are hidden costs on the site. Lawpath offer monthly subscriptions at checkout, but the fine print is for annual subscriptions and you will be charged accordingly.

I’m on the subscription so I’m locked in, so it seems LP now don’t really care about returning my calls or supporting me. The lawyer consults have been good, but the admin side has been a nightmare and caused me more stress with their incompetencies numerous times when they have messed up things, things that are extremely important as a small business owner. I’m constantly chasing them up and they won’t get back to me in a timely manner.
