This is the fourth time I have engaged Lawyers Conveyancing. The reason it's my fourth time is the service and attention to details is superb. I have always found the service provided of the highest quality. All my questions and or concerns are dealt with very quickly. I have never had any concerns around my interests being protected due to Peter and his teams level of expertise and experience. The service is great value for money and always gives me peace of mind when engaged as a buyer or seller. I would, and have on many occasions, recommended Peter and his team to family and friends when it comes to conveyancing. We used Lawyers Conveyancing twice for pre purchase advice. In both occasions, Peter was very quick, prompt and diligent with going through the section 32s and contract of sales. He picked up on potential current and future legal issues which deterred us from purchasing. Have we not done so, we could possibly face issues when selling the property in the future and to even live in it. I cannot recommend them enough. They are by far the quickest and most thorough conveyancing service we have ever used.
