I've been going to see Ben Cannard at LBW for the last 3 years and he is by far the best accountant I've ever had. Very reasonably priced for doing two tax refund applications for me and my partner. We always get a decent refund and Ben is always professional, on time and answers all of our questions. Can highly recommend Ben and LBW as a result.

Worst accounting firm I have experienced. High staff turnover - every year the previous year’s accountant had left which was not helpful for consistency.

I was charged for a service that I was never told I would be charged for, then contacted repeatedly requesting payment.

When requesting a copy of past tax returns that I had paid for, I was told that I would not be given these until I paid for the (unauthorised) outstanding bill.

I highly recommend Darren Thomas Accounting. The service is consistent, highly knowledgable and friendly!
