I was really disappointed with their service. They constantly put me down, breached privacy legislation, stalked me online, by, tv, car and at home. The staff continually referred to me by nicknames and never answered questions directly despite repeated requests. A lot of the interactions appeared to be AI and impersonal. Nothing was off limits regardless of race, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, education and appearance. Thanks LA. Demonstrate to advocate.. just a thought

Consistently misses deadlines to follow up with information when there's crucial time sensitive aspects to legal cases forcing me to having to proceed without adequate information and advice. No explanations, no communications, no follow ups, no callbacks, and a completely dismissive attitude to not only my attempts at contacting them but from their own colleagues in other offices attempting to contact them for answers on my behalf.

I’m not sure whom I just spoke to but I’m utterly disgusted by their attitude! I requested kindly for an update on my application and his responses were, “What’s your date of birth?” “What’s your address?” “What’s your last name?” with no kind tone at all. I asked one simple question kindly and he replied with, “Call the number when you get the letter and they’ll sort it out.” I said, “Okay! Thankyou for that” and his response was “Bye” and I was hung up on.

Spoke to James on the phone who told me to come into the office so he could scan my DV application and schedule a time for some legal advice. When I arrived at the office, staff let James know I was there. He refused to speak to me. They read my application and supporting documents and gave me an application for legal aid. I drove 50 minutes out of my way for something I could have done online. Cheers James.
