Disappointed with the beaurocracy of this organisation. They act as judge & jury instead of assisting people who fall outside of being able to afford representation. Their timeframe for answering is atrocious, by the time they tell you your applications been refed, the court appearance has come and gone. The original Solicitor said we had a good case, the loan arbitrator just turned down & i quote "There better things to spend the money on!"
