A few years ago, I utilized their conveyancing services and was very satisfied with the solicitor, Roneel, who was professional and completed the settlement promptly. However, when I approached them recently, the experience was disappointing. It seems the firm has lost the professionalism it once had, possibly due to an increase in business, and it appears they no longer prioritize customer care. Unlike other solicitors who review contracts and clarify all special conditions before signing to safeguard against potential issues, the solicitor from Legal Guru, Lois, demanded payment first and required two business days after payment to provide any feedback. After shopping around, I found better alternative conveyancing services. If you value your time, I suggest steering clear of this firm.

Not a good experience even after first contact I told them I am a first home buyer so don't know much about the process. Nol was away and we were completely blank what's going on. The property agent and the seller solicitor keep on contacting us that Nol is not responsive and after multiple contact with Legal gurus they told us Nol is on leave. I guess if you are professional you should setup an auto reply message. Not happy with the service + NOL is based in Queensland not in Canberra where you can meet the solicitor personally

Legal Guru is a fantastic Residential Conveyancy lawyer firm wit experienced lawyers more then happy to help with all you purchasing/selling needs.
