I rang early last week and booked an appointment for the 16th to get Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship papers done. I received a call early on the 16th at 8.30am telling me if I would mind if they could cancel my appointment as some urgent business needed attending to. I agreed and Lawyer took all the relevant details over the phone to fill out the papers and said the papers would be in my email to sign later that afternoon or early next day. It is now 4 days later and no email, no phone call and no explanation. I can see I was a highly valued customer. I rang and left a message that I don't want their services.

A lawyer who has destroyed my life and my parents life. Lack of communication and explanation. Blaming me for delays and my fault for not being able to see my children. Asking for the same documents I provided 18months prior. Receiving emails late. Doesn't care. Overcharges for services. All I wanted was a fair outcome. Find a lawyer who is supportive and has some compassion.All I wanted was a fair outcome but doesn't have the time for me just heartless.
