Lack of communication and explaining, constantly sending emails late after court date. Blaming me for delays. Cannot even pick up a phone and explain situation. She knew I am struggling financially yet it seems my case is not important to her. Does not like being challenged with the truth and just takes your money and dumps you in the trash. Lacks compassion, understanding, empathy for a person who has lost everything and who is under huge stress financially and emotionally. Has not even tried to work with my situation.If you didn't want to represent me you should have just told me I feel totally let down
