I can’t recommend Nayven enough as a personal injury lawyer. I came to him after being seriously injured in a car accident. The driver who hit me ran off and I was unsure what to do. From the very start, he clearly explained the entire legal process to me and helped me lodge a claim, which made everything feel a lot less overwhelming.

The insurer mentioned something about doing a due search enquiry. Nayven helped me and I did not have to worry about anything.

The second I notified Nayven that the insurer was refusing to pay my weekly compensation. Nayven immediately took action and within just two weeks, they not only started paying but also back paid me everything I was owed. He told me exactly what documents he needed, and once I provided them, he handled the rest.

He checked up on me frequently and whenever I told him about a symptom I was experiencing, he reminded me to tell my doctor to add it in the certificate of capacity to avoid any potential issues in the future.

The insurer also mentioned my weekly payments would stop in 52 weeks. Nayven challenged that decision and got it overturned too.

Eventually, he pushed hard and brought the insurer to the table for an informal settlement conference, where he secured a significant payout for me. On top of all that, he even identified a total and permanent disability claim I had through my super that I didn’t even know about. He lodged it and got it approved in under 5 months.
