Upped their hourly rate 4 weeks before VCAT appreance by X 3 . In an attempt to be rid of us. Nothing short of extortion. Why take on the case if you're pulling underhanded tactics to push higher charges ?

Not happy ,will not use again .

Absolute scammers. They work as debt collectors for ace body corporate and when you pay every cent you owe confirmed with an email and confirmed vocally over the phone they ad on over $1000 from no where and wait for you to pay the agreed amount before leaving the bill with ace body corporate so you get a lovely surprise next time you get your quarterly bill.
