We just completed the settlement in Brisbane. Helen was very helpful and professional in handling the conveyancing for us as the sellers agent.
Although there was some issues with the buyers getting their finance approval in time for settlement Helen promptly corresponded, advised us, and kept us updated .

Asked for advice which charged $400 for an initial meeting which is fair enough, then later found out basically said the same thing as what Legal Aid listed on it. Advice was useless. Kept manipulating saying the offender would not care about the case with fake address etc and we definitely need a lawyer to represent. Received an email saying it would be another $600 just for a letter of demand. Went to other lawyers, law society and QCAT for advice, FREE, said everything this lawyer would do can actually be done ourselves, and they actually helped me out writing the letters myself with no cost. You all should go to other lawyers first before going to this one because I felt like I'm ripped off for nothing. Totally unprofessional to put money before the client's wellbeing with more stress and anxious feelings.
