I recently used Life Law Solutions to help with some family issues. Kym-Marie & Vanessa were incredible from my initial consultation to the closing of the case. I could not be happier with their friendliness, professionalism, extensive knowledge base and willingness to help whenever I needed it. Their lack of compassion and care when it came to the sensitivity of my case was looked over by their lack of empathy or interest in my case. Also very very very rude staff and lawyers work in this firm. I can not recommend anyone to use this firm. Very disappointing and hurtful they are just how the speak to you is disgusting. I wouldn't use this law firm to save my life. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A LAWYER!

I was very disappointed overall. Not just with the outcome, but the communication with multiple people in the office.
They even had the audacity to try and bill me for a telephone call about my bill which was only removed because I noticed it and pointed it out.
That for me broke the trust and I ended up getting one third of my settlement that what was expected from my initial consultation.
Just very disappointing and wish I looked around more before I committed to this place.

They happily take an over priced fee for a service they couldn't even provide. They told me they could help with DV matters through Legal Aid if I paid them $330 for a one hour consultation. Then they messed up my application and told me they can not help with DV legal aid matters and would not refund my $330. They made an already stressful period of my life that much harder. Would never recommend.

Not happy with the service and it cost me twice the amount I was originally quoted and they made a error in my conveyancing and to date it has not be rectified. I called to advise Elizabeth to explain what I was unhappy about, left a message with receptionist, for her to call me back and still I have not heard back from her. Poor form.

They are slow and worried about profit not the client. They answer questions with questions will only work on file if the account is in credit. Paid all invoices on time and they will stop everything as they have no money in trust. They will tell you want you want to hear to get the account but have no follow through and only run your bill up, fail to follow written instructions and can takes days to return a call.
