I have worked with Lisanne recently to resolve an ongoing conflict and can say her level of care and listening to understand was outstanding. She builds rapport quickly and allows a safe space to be open and support both parties. I find conflict uncomfortable but Lisanne made the process enjoyable (who would have thought!!) she also taught me some wonderful skills in having difficult conversations that I can and will use time and time again. If you need help and support please reach out to Lisanne, an absolute superstar in meditation who really cares about both parties achieving a wholesome outcome to be able to move forward with confidence and harmony.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This service is dangerously unsafe and should be delicensed. I received an invitation to attend a session, but I couldn't afford the $1215 fee. I was told my ex would receive a certificate stating I didn’t cooperate if I didn’t attend. After borrowing the money, I informed Lisanne that this was a domestic violence situation and expressed my safety concerns. She assured me that I would be protected and that we would be could be placed in separate rooms where she would shuffle between.
On the day of the session, I arrived early to avoid encountering my ex. However, I was told to sit alone in the waiting room (which is an empty hallway) until my ex arrived, making me the first person he saw. He immediately started whispering threats. During my opening statement, he continued to abuse me, and Lisanne failed to intervene appropriately. I then discovered that he had not yet signed the confidentiality agreement, despite the session already being underway and the abuse ongoing.
Lisanne then asked one of us to sit in the hallway while she spoke to the other, which led to more abuse each time we passed each other. His threats escalated from whispering to yelling, and Lisanne did nothing to address his behaviour. When I requested that his aggressive and abusive behaviour be noted on the certificate, she refused.
The session ended early without resolution, as my ex stormed out yelling abuse. I was left visibly shaken and even more fearful for my safety after the session than before. When I asked Lisanne if I could report these incidents to the police, she refused to cooperate, saying, "leave me out of it." Since then, my ex has put in writing details of what was discussed in the session, breaking confidentiality and prompting this review.
Mediation with Lisanne offers no resolution and merely provides a platform for abusers to continue their behaviour without consequences. This mediation clinic has been reported for misconduct to the appropriate regulatory board.
