I'm afraid this business should never have been able to registered here in Australia. Nobody can speak proper English, no professional services has come across to anyone in this company. no integrity, they will say what ever they need to get you off the phone.
1st Day - Send contract of Sale
5th Day Call to Confirm the receipt of the contract / Receptionist have no idea and denied receiving anything
8th Day someone call back to say they did have it
12th Day someone call up to ask if I'm an Australian Citizen.
17th Day.. no contact from anyone for a while, Call Business say they will get back to me ASAP.
18th- I give up... This is by far the most inefficient business people, no respect to Australian Buyer. I have used more than 2 Conveyancing Services in Sydney and never come across people who are as rude as these people.
