Melanie Costello didn't properly handle a document I needed witnessed by a Justice of the Peace. She stamped the document but failed to sign or date it despite it CLEARLY requiring a signature and date at the bottom of the form. Her overall conduct was also cold and uncaring, and from the beginning she made me feel I was wasting her time, similar was the overall impression I got from security. Finding or even requiring a JP in this country is already a ridiculously outdated practise and hurdle. I drove in the pouring rain 45 minutes into town and 45 minutes back for nothing. Thanks for making an already inconvenient situation, all the more uncomfortable for me. Now I have to do this all over again!

The opposite of just, rude, violent, abrasive, gaslighting, nasty, morally sordid and intellectually incoherent. Thats on a good day. To be clear I am referring only to the staff. Zero stars. Maximum farce. Absolutely disgraceful and very dangerous to democracy.

Thanks Lismore courts for been soft on Mali Cooper, fake fake and of course they believed it. A protester got away for stopping Sydney peak hour, breaking so many peoples routines, work , child school pick-ups, interviews, meetings. Shame on your Lismore court for been soft and a person whom fooled your useless minds.

Disgusting customer service. Receptionist ladies treat people very rudely. I went in to ask for a document signed by a JP, the receptionist ladies began to lecture me on how they don't offer that service here and how dare I come in to ask... I also overheard them complaining about me as I was leaving which I consider disgusting behaviour.

They where very very rude on the phone to me they need to learn to talk nice to people on the phone they don't even know what they are doing the girl on the phone to me should lose her job.
