Beautiful service from the staff when I went in to register my doggo, paid my fee everything checked good to go. Get phone call Monday from somebody in council telling me that, I purchased the wrong registration and I owe them extra money, which doubled the original price. Was forced to take annual registration instead as I was unable to pay for the extra charge right then. The lady on the other end of phone had zero compassion, nor take into account they made the mistake not me

I hit a pothole and reported it the same day. Lucky I had three police officers come and pick me up and drop me home as the car rim was damaged also. I did all the right things took photos got repairs done and rang the council to report the matter in full. Now they have delayed my attempts for compensation. They refuse to write back to emails giving excuses such as our insurance people are not back at work yet etc. This is very poor showing as there was no way to avoid this pot-hole as there were two. Not impressed seeking legal advice as the repair cost to my car was substantial.
