I would 1000% recommend Nadine Little for any paralegal needs. On Friday, I called Little Paralegal Services near the end of the day though a free legal advice service for up to 30 minutes of free consultation. I figured being a free government service, I wouldn't hear back for at least a week if I was lucky seeing as most paralegals, or lawyers at that wouldn't care to prioritize free consultations, but to my surprise, today, I received a call back from Nadine. Let me say, she was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she super helpful, but she actually seemed to care about what I had to say unlike previous Lawyers/Paralegals I've used in the past where they couldn't care less about me, and saw me as nothing more than a paycheck. Nadine actually took the time to patiently listen to every single thing I had to say. Not just that, but she didn't cut me off when I got into details about something like most paralegals do trying to rush you to finish. Let me just say, that really went a long way establishing trust. She went above and beyond to make sure every single concern I had was not only voiced, but also heard and actually valued. Having a paralegal like that on your side leaves you feeling with a chance of hope when you feel you have none left. I called regarding issues I'm having with a terrible landlord expecting for her to not care about the situation, as she may have had more important things to do with her time. Well that was NOT the case. After all the advice I was given, I know feel confident in knowing my rights and actually standing up for myself, and also know what my next steps are, as well as how it's all going to play out in court. I will definitely only be using Little Paralegal Sevices for any of my future law related needs. Nadine, I sincerely from the bottom of my heart can't thank you enough for all you helped me with today!!!!! Wow, that one review about Nadine is just unbelievable. As stated Nadine was working for the Landlord Not you! Looks like she won the case! Hopefully you retract your statement and just tell the truth. I don’t believe you are.

Nadine has been working on my Illegal Landlord rent increase since the middle of August 2022. My Case is maybe a bit more complicated. It has to do with a new owner of my building. Third one in three years. This should say something!

Nadine is ‘Definitely putting up with something different from my Landlord’. Common I read from both tenants and landlords all over Ontario. BUT she continues to persevere to get the best results for me.

I have nothing but Praise for her! Excellent education! Feisty when called for. Completely follows All applicable regulations etc.

I’m so Happy to have her representing me with my Case. I can’t give you a final outcome yet. Extremely long wait for Landlord/Tenant Board hearings. If the Landlord takes it that far. We’re both ready and willing to go there.

I must say the Landlord has stopped harassing me and we have no contact. He did say he was contacting police to evict me if I didn’t agree to rent increase. I just replied go for it. I added any more conversation with me to talk to my Legal representative Nadine!

My existing rent has been paid to date through Nadine. And will continue to be.

I highly recommend Nadine for Landlord Tenant issues you might encounter.

I have to add, I wanted her to also represent me in a Court charge I’m thinking about making about my Landlord. She refused for the simple reason she wasn’t Qualified to do so. She Only takes Cases she has extensive knowledge about. She did recommend a couple of Lawyers. Point is if she feels comfortable recommending these, I Will contact them!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NADINE AT ALL- stay far away unless you want to lose your money and case.

Nadine is soooooo under educated when it comes to anything Law. She is rude, and disrespectful and just down right a terrible person.

My old landlord hired her, and i cant not count the times she has wrongfully served me a notice and allowed her client to ILLEGALLY enter the home on multiple occasions. EVEN WHEN POLICE TOLD HER SHE IS WRONG, she still continued to try to illegally serve me notices.
She harassed me and my family.

She had people show up at the home to be vulgar and use nasty cuss words in-front of my very young child. And when she LOST the court case, she became even worse.

She is not a good person, and an even worse paralegal. Stay far far away from this lady.

She is so uneducated, I’m surprised she is still in business.
