Ying has a fun, contagious energy. With her background in childcare it’s no wonder she is so wonderful with the kids! Little Yogi is all about Giving Kids the Gift of Yoga. My son started Little Yogi with Ying and loves it. He loves sharing everything that he learns from class with me. I have been fortunate enough to take part in Ying's Kids Yoga Training as well. This way I can nurture my connection with my son through Yoga and also take some of the teachings to use with my students at school.

I recently completed my Kids Yoga Teacher Training course with Ying. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone wishing to start teaching kids yoga. The content we learned over the 2 day course was very comprehensive and we were also given the opportunity to teach a class on our final day. Ying was an excellent teacher - fun and enthusiastic, full of knowledge, and very patient in answering all of our questions. She also offered us each a very honest and constructive personal critique following our teaching experience. I came away from the course feeling energised and well equipped to begin teaching straight away 🙂

‘I’m in such a good mood after yoga class’. These are the words every parent of a teenager wants to hear, and this is how my 13yo felt after Ying’s Teen Yoga classes. My daughter found the classes to be a perfect balance between learning new skills, facing challenges (handstands and wheel pose), releasing the mind stuff, and exploring creativity through mindful mandala drawings. Ying's Kids teacher training was amazing. She has so many insights on how to teach kids of different ages and she understands what works and what doesn't work. She also draws her knowledge from so many insightful places. And its all topped off with amazing practical experience.
