LJ Hooker manage our property. Kylie has been personable and acts promptly to ensure the property is tenanted. I find her to be very respectful of tenants, being responsive, transparent and advocating for their needs/ rights in a way that is clear and communicative with us which I find valuable as a landlord. Have worked with her for almost a year now and find the service focused on working towards the best interest of all involved.

If I could give 20 stars, I would. From the moment I started my journey with LJ Hooker Alice springs, they, as a company, changed my life.
Kylie, in particular, was the most incredibly friendly, bubbly, bright, perfect lady to show us around the properties. Kylie really knows her stuff, and she really made the whole process so easy and efficient. Unresponsive property manager, maintenance takes forever. Tries to scam your bond at end of lease to get a "cleaner" in to fix up a property that was left immaculate

I can't speak highly enough of Shae who is managing my property some 1400km away. Shae is professional, prompt, responsive and goes above and beyond with the level of service she provides. An ethical and dedicated property manager that has both landlord and tenant's best interests at heart. Thanks Shae

They handed us an extremely dirty, unhygienic, deplorable property. "Reasonably clean" in my definition would not include blood in the sink or pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. It was so bad that even the cleaner admitted it was awful. Head office had to be contacted and at this point the old owner ended up refunding us a weeks free rent. I have photos of what it looked like when we moved in vs when we moved out. But I have decided to spare them the embarrassment of posting them on the internet. The entire tenancy maintenance was slow, emails were barely never returned. Leaving the property was one of the most difficult ordeals I have ever dealt with. After speaking with the new owner, he assured we would be properly looked after. Well I never heard from him again after that phone call. It all seemed far too hard for him. A shame really as it's a great brand. All in all a rude, sad, awful experience. Exercise caution when dealing.

Easy and helpful
Sam came to us with knowledge of the area and had completed research on our property, and a very realistic attitude. Sam guided us through the selling process effortlessly and was available to answer any questions we had through out the process and kept us informed at every stage.
I would gladly go to Sam again and again to sell any property in Alice Springs.
