I had been dealing with Rhiannon Benstead for several months during my search for the right property to purchase in Yamba and cannot even begin to describe how helpful she was!!
Not only was she helpful in recommending appropriate listed properties to me, but also gave me highly informed advice on what type of rental yield they were likely to get. When I finally bought a house, it was a no brainer to engage her to manage the leasing for me.
Professional photos of the property were taken within 24 hours of me handing over the keys, the listing went up on their social media accounts right away and I had a rental application within 24 hours.
She is also extremely pleasant to deal with which is always an added bonus!
I had read her other reviews before initially reaching out and am now very pleased to add to the list of her sterling reviews.

We rented a waterfront (Air BNB) house from them but unfortunately we arrived to a rubbish bin full of stinking fly-blown weeks old garbage and no kayaks available for use as had been specifically advertised (including photos).
The individual agent we reported these issues to said she'd have someone out by the end of the day to fix the rubbish but no one ever turned up during the week we were there.
In regard to the kayaks we were told they were an 'indication of activities' despite the ad specifically saying they were part of the house. The agent then told us the kayaks had been removed from every other ad for the house apart from the one we booked through which was our bad luck. She refused to apologise or compensate us to the point of rudeness.
The house itself was terrific, it was just unfortunate we had to deal with one unhelpful agent at this office.
