Update: Glad to see the only contact I have been given wash their hands off the entire mess, making excuses after promising to have this fixed, while the land continues to slide into the ever expanding hole.

Experience as someone living next door to a project these guys are handling. Started by digging the hole for the pool, yeah ok, hole is close to boundary line. Not my first rodeo. All good. They asked us to use our electricity to help with the water pump, hole keeps filling up with water. Being good neighbours, sure, promises of reimbursement from owner. No worries.

Rain arrives. Sides of hole start to collapse. Raise concerns. Get slow response, but hey a response is good. "We'll reinforce it tomorrow" NB: keeping in mind the hole is now on our property and the temporary fence is also on our property.

Tomorrow arrives. They make the pool more... solid I guess, by putting in metal structure etc but nothing to do with reinforcing of neighbouring properties. Do they reinforce the sand and the possibility of further landslips? Nope. Not even a hint. More backyard disappears today. No communication. Hence this review. Maybe it'll force them to communicate.

It's a 3 day heavy rain even in Sydney.... today was day 1.

Absolutely pleased with the prompt service levels and responsiveness of team. I was dealing with Joanna and she is a superstar! Helped with all of my enquiries in a very patient way and she also had the sense of urgency at the same time. I must also mention Lauren from MacArthur office for all her assistance.
