Waited weeks (most of the time months) for anything to be done. I called and emailed so many times but was always told it will be done by some date, and it never was. Eventually took my business elsewhere when I couldn't wait any longer. Renee on reception was amazing though, and I just feel sorry for how many times she had to answer my calls/emails.

I lost their invoice email, when I phoned and asked them to send it again, it took a few months and several emails and phone calls. When I finally got the invoice, their electronic internet payment wouldn’t accept my credit card, and they don’t take credit card payments over the phone, so I had to drive 1.5 hours round trip.
That’s when I decided to change to another law firm.
After 3 more weeks, and my new law firm harassing them for my file, they now say they won’t release until I pay my outstanding bill of $59.01.
These guys are a joke

Extremely good, clear advice and help given by Michelle Henderson, who was very friendly and patient and who made the whole process very easy and understandable.
