I recently had a new air conditioning unit supplied and installed by Lower Mountains Air Conditioning. They were very professional throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation they were clear with information and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They provided quotes for a few models outlining the differences between each unit. On installation day, they were prompt and very polite. They went about their work with minimal interruption to my family who were in the house at the time. Every member of the installation team were polite, courteous and very respectful. From the moment we arrived at LMAC office at Emu Plains we were extremely happy with the service we received. The staff at the office went through the difference between the air conditioners that would suit our needs. The fit out team continued the great service. Highly recommend LMAC. They recently installed a ducted air-conditioning system and they were excellent at every stage of the process. Andrew took the time at the inspection to answer all my questions. On the day, the team was efficient and professional, ensuring I was happy with the placement of all vents and filters before starting work. I highly recommend LMAC. Andrew spent time with me discussing my needs, gave me information on all my options and quoted for each option, allowing me time to make a final decision. Andrea took me through my options in the showroom and showed a genuine interest in my renovation project. They worked with my builder to co-ordinate installation dates, but communicated with me directly at every stage. The team turned up on time, made sure I was happy with the vent placement before cutting holes in my new ceilings and left the place as tidy as a building site could be. Thank you to the whole team.
