Kym handled all the conveyancing for the sale of our investment property. As this is not something I do everyday I was a bit nervous about the process. But also that due to COVID-19 and border closures I was not able to be in the area at the time of settlement. Kym reassured me that she had it covered and has had numerous conversations with our real estate agent at the critical points in the sale. I think it helped that Kym was a ‘local’ and knew the real estate agent and purchasers solicitor which she had to deal with.
