Lyn recently represented me in buying an apartment as a first homebuyer. She explained the entire process very clearly, made sure I was aware of all the grants and concessions available to me as a first homebuyer, and was always responsive to my queries.

Lyn was extremely patient when settlement was delayed at the last minute because the seller was offering me an unreasonably low amount to compensate for issues noted during the pre-settlement inspection: The seller obtained quotes for fixing these issues but then offered me less than *half* of the total quoted amount in credit. With Lyn's help, I was able to get the full quoted amount credited to me at settlement.

Overall, Lyn provided fantastic service during what must be an extremely busy time for anyone in the real estate business (this purchase took place during the 2021 COVID real estate frenzy), and did so for a very reasonable fee.
