I have had dealings with Carlos with 2 matters, both where ignored for 6 month and no work had been done on either, and when ringing no messages where past on as not a single return phone call, and when you did ring him on his mobile he was always to busy to answer any of my questions, and then I find out he fobbed me off to one of his associates who knew nothing about my matters and was asking questions I had already answered to Carlos, and the associate was demanding money for no work I could see being done, I terminated there service and went else where and have proceeded along with one matter, and the other I did my self in under 30 hours and is now finalised not thanks to them.
Would NOT recommend them to anyone for anything there a firm to steer clear of there not worth your time or money. If I could give a minus rating I would.

Worst law firm. They overcharge clients and don’t do any work.

Very incompetent in court. They were not prepared. Knew nothing about my case in the court room.

Stay away from this from especially Carlos who will ignore your complaints and fail to adequately work on your case.

I highly recommend this law firm! I found whole firm, including reception are friendly and approachable. The atmosphere is calming and reassuring.
Zulkifer Haque fought and stood in the gap for me from beginning until the end! He has such a calming nature, is empathetic, relatable, respectful, communicative, enthusiastic, humble and kind and was pleasantly and professionally fierce when it came to meeting my needs and requests!! He was able to do this all without appearing immature and savage-like as the opposition appeared. - My case was for family.
He is a true gentleman also very professional and respectful and I will say the same for Carlos Lindo and reception!
I thank them all greatly from the bottom of my heart! 👌🤗

I would not recommend this law firm.
Terrible communication very poor and unreliable service provided.
Complete rip off and asking for more money to proceed with case and then charging more for phone calls and asking for information on case when we already had a meeting prior to discuss.
Lawyer had no knowledge and unprofessional.
Overall experience was very disappointing and waste of time and also money.
In the end we had to hire another lawyer to assist for case.

Great while in court but communication is poor they also dropped me 1 week before my most important court date due to “availability” these people will most likely have made me lose access to my kids.

I would not recommend this law firm for anyone who is serious about winning their case.
I was originally booked in with Carlos but on arrival was told he was too busy so I was to see Kem instead. From the start Kem was fairly unresponsive to majority of my emails and phone calls. When I did eventually receive a call back, he did not sound too knowledgeable over the phone, questions I asked would always be answered with "I'll have to look into it and get back to you", and I would receive no response even after chasing it several times.
In the end it got soo bad that I was sent a draft correspondence letter that I did not authorise to send to the other side, despite having more questions to base my decision on and chasing the answers several times I again received no response to them.
I then found out that this draft correspondence had been sent without my approval as this was a family matter.
I believe that I wasted my time here at MacArthur law group and in the end was let down by the lack of communication.
If it was possible I would of rated a zero.
