I had the most random and absolute good fortune to have the opportunity to both come across and speak to Julane yesterday on 08/08/2024, regarding an extremely serious public health matter. She was absolutely marvellous to speak with and the assistance she gave me was of the highest calibre I have ever come across in any legal field matter I have ever had. I would love to meet with her in person one day and highly commend and recommend her. I really mean this most sincerely and hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I can’t sing her praises enough and will recommend her to everyone I come across in my profession as a psychologist and music teacher. Thank you again most sincerely.

A complete waste of time. Phoned and explained my legal problem,.told them that I only wanted some advice. I did not want legal representation, I explained my problem to them, they just said, we can't help, you will need to go to a law firm, or seek advice elsewhere. They did not appear to be interested. I would give no star if it was possible. I read several of the early reviews and they all seemed very pleased with the service. Somehow, somewhere since then, things have obviously changed and not for the better.

Don't waste your time. It took 6 weeks to return a call and that's after calling them everyday everywhere. If you need help with tenancy issues, it's best to just google search information. They prioritise your situation with no contact. It's a shame I had no other option for 0 stars.

Very rude and dismissive. Would not even hear my problem and refused to deal with me even after I pleaded with them and would not tell me why. I was not aggressive or otherwise unpleasant. Just dumbfounded as to why they refused to help and would not tell me.

Milka is amazing...she gave me the best possible advice, guidance & support in my time of need. Always responds quickly with any question I have and is prompt in arranging phone calls to clarify her advice at a moment's notice. Highly recommend to anyone!

I do not believe they know what they are doing. Our issue was initially rejected because the matter was heard before the Bankstown court and not Camden court. I tried to explain to them that legal advice is dependent on facts and evidence and which local court. As long as you’re in NSW, you should be ok to provide advice.
I dont think they are competent lawyers.
Appalling.
