I went into liquidation with this company over 2 years ago, (it may even be 3), and I'm still waiting for an outcome. I had a very small business. Madelyn Martin has been awful to deal with, she don't call back and takes months to respond to emails. My anxiety has gone to another level, I feel they have taken my money and left it as that.
I have called ASIC and they said my claim was very straightforward and not sure what the hold up is for this long.

I don't recommend this company, she seemed very nice and pushed every through fast, then nothing for a year. I did call every couple of months, but she didn't actually reply for a year and it's been like this every since. Last email was May stating they are at the final stages, it's December now and nothing.

They are only getting one star because I don't get an option for none. The single WORST experience ever. Giving a case of $70k+ to a self confessed "junior" to handle that takes 7 months to reach no outcome despite me providing every piece of information twice to them (god knows what they did with the first lot). I then get advised that there is no outcome due to lack of information (certainly not from me) and that they will not put that in wriitng. Sorry what? How shonky are you? No written correspondence? I then asked to speak to a superior and was refused and told I could put something in writing and perhaps someone else may reply. Perhaps? Mate you are meant to be paying me $70k+ and I get a maybe? The WORST would avoid at all costs.
