Absolutely terrible experience in an extremely unprofessional Company. We were given Ritsa Balfoort to act on our behalf. We found her unable to get her head around such a simple case. After much frustration with Ritsa, I contacted Grant Guenther the national managing principal at Macpherson Kelley to see if he could have somebody else run the case for me and he didn’t even have the decency to come back to me. They are only concerned about their billing hours and do not care about clients. Unfortunately we had to seek an alternative law firm to handle our case. The case was all about a drainage issue at my home which went on for over a year with Macpherson Kelley. All the money we spent with Macpherson Kelley was an absolute waste of time. I should have looked at the reviews before I gave them our case, their reviews are bad and even their employees reviews are bad. I don’t generally write reviews but if I can help one person going through what we went through with Macpherson Kelley, it would be worth it.
