Ignored my instructions and purposely stood in the way of an outcome, simply in order to make themselves more money. 'My' lawyer is currently working on stealing Christmas. I'm writing up a formal complaint about her pathetic efforts and what they have cost me. I would never recommend using this firm. More of a problem than the original issues.

Costs are too high, far outweighs the benefits. From initial consultation and anytime thereafter. Their accounts team have no empathy. Get sent an invoice and 1 day later receive a call for outstanding payment. Utter disbelief.
