I would give 0 stars if I could. They owe us thousands of dollars for the return of our land tax. We have been following up for 2 months! Our conveyancer has also been getting in touch and they are ignoring her calls and emails. I then got in touch and was told they could only converse with the conveyancer. How about you actually do that then so the client doesn’t need to get involved! Not sure why you would take 2 months to transfer money that you owe someone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Give us our money!!! It’s not that hard. We have been promised multiple times that they would send it and then we just never hear anything. Avoid at all costs!

I was the applicant and they represented the respondent. They bullied me, gaslight me, victim blamed me, were wasteful with tax payer money, wasteful of court process, overall they only care about the money, they don't care about the principle of integrity. Shameful organisation. They still lost.

Worst firm to deal with. They never respond to phone calls or answer emails and when i called today to ask why a settlement which has been booked for 2:30pm has now been delayed 4:30pm she laughs and then hangs up the phone without providing an explanation. Highly unprofessional practice.

The worst law firm in the market. Charged me a nomination fees on settlement of a land where there was no nomination occurred. I don't recommend people to buy land from the developer who's conveyancer is Maddocks. For every little request of change they charge you a hefty amount of fees. Customers please check who is your land developer's conveyancer.

Really terrible service. Did not work within the estimates and not notified when it went over almost three times. I got more stressed by my lawyer than my legal issues until I moved to other law firms.
