Came here to get a couples massage, it is advertised on their website that it cost $170 but they tried to say that they were going to charge us $90 each for a couple massage, they eventually said as a one off they give it to us for $170 even though it clearly says it on their website (false advertising). The lady that massaged me either did not speak English or doesn’t listen. I told her and the other staff that I didn’t want a head massage and my legs massaged because I was in pain but she went ahead and did it anyway. During the massage she was barely even doing anything and even finished early while my partner was still getting his massage. The lady massaging my partner even looked at the time and said something to the lady that was massaging me but she continued to walk out and said sorry Don’t waste your money!! Was not worth $85.

I chose this massage because the reviews was good. We came to have a relaxing massage me and my partner ended up very disappointed.
The lady name Amanda who massage me- she was talking all the time with her colleague until I had to tell her to be quiet. Second, she coughing a lot during the massage, thirdly she left me in the room for more than 5 mins.
I shouldn’t have had to tell her to be quiet. I never been to a massage place the therapist talked a lot with her colleagues. She know she’s not well, she shouldn’t work or at least wear a mask to protect others. This morning my partner lower back is in pain. He didn’t do anything extreme sport or anything after massage.
We paid so much money, but all the experience we had was bad. I hope the manager or owner read this review and do something about it.

More than 5 stars! If possible, this would be the only Thai massage place I would go (including the Sydney Thai massage places I’ve tried as well). They go a level beyond, I needed the deep tissue trigger point style of massage and they absolutely delivered. I’ve never walked away from a Thai massage feeling so good, my partner said the same thing.

The team were lovely, very responsive.

So good! I’ll be back in 5 days for another one before we leave town. Will be our only ‘go to’ Thai massage in Port Stephens.

Visited Mai Thai Massage 12th October 24. Penny was amazing greeted us at the front and did the massages she worked amazingly, AAA++ her service was excellent and targeted all areas of pain.
Also gave us a bottle of water each as we were leaving. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Penny.

One of the best Thai massages I have ever experienced! Not too hard but hard enough. My neck is so much better. Ask for “Oat” on arrival. She has healing hands. Highly recommend! Reasonably priced, staff are welcoming and experience extremely therapeutic.

I have just got back from 4 days of golf in FNQ and developed a niggling neck and shoulder issue. I didnt know if I should have physio , chiro or massage. I have just had a 60 min massage with Amanda and she was excellent . The restriction appears to be gone. Plus the experience was more enjoyable than a back-cracker ?
