Lachlan and Joel were absolutely amazing in the aftermath of my accident. I can't say enough about the determination, tenacity, and patience (often with my questions!) that both Lachlan Main and Joel Francis demonstrated in handling our claim. Five years ago(!), Lachlan sat in our living room and gently encouraged us to initiate a claim. We would have given up years ago and accepted a lowball insurer's offer but, once again, they encouraged us to take the long view. The final result exceeded our expectations by many multiples, even after allowing for their fees (which were very reasonable considering the time expended), expert engagements and other disbursements. degraceful law firm , while through the mediation , i was told they had a video of me going to the gym by my mediator , not a chance i said ,i asked my lawyer , he said dont know , wow what a answer , they get a degree to say that ,and could not look me in the eye cost me over $50,000 for that answer , then my side we will send that last offer through otherwise we go to court , i could not understand why would what to court if my team said they had a video , i had no chance with main lawyers , stay away from these lawyers , didnt even help me ,lost out of pocket $120,000

Lachlan of Main Lawyers is great the first day you meet him but unlike many other lawyers he remains that way! Not once did I doubt his capabilities nor his genuine motivation to get the result I needed in order to move on with my life. Through all the frustrations created by the other party Main Lawyers remained patient and consistently caring, when after all, they were putting in so much more than what I was paying them for. My itemised bill upon completion was solid testament to that. Due to lengthy delays throughout the course of my claim I would estimate the work they did for me in excess of triple what we had agreed upon, prior to engagement, that their services would cost me. If you are over not being told the facts and being charged inflated legal fees, call this firm. Not only do they know their stuff they communicate regularly and effectively in a language you can actually understand. Thanks again to Lachlan and his team of experts, I hope to never have to use you again, but if so, there’ll be no question. I would work with you again with the utmost confidence, happily.
