Stephen really did make probate easy. Despite a number of complications along the way, Stephen made the whole process simple and straightforward, even though I am located remotely.
Stephen's communication was excellent throughout and he was patient and kind. The Letters of Administration were granted in a much shorter timeframe than I had anticipated, thanks to Stephen's thoroughness and knowledge of the system. Making Probate Easy offers great value for money, and I highly recommend this business.

Even the JP who authorised our documents commented on how good the directions were. My sister who is not technically minded at all managed to get her part done with ease. I had the best experience with Stephen from Probates Made Easy. His fees were the lowest but his service was impeccable. He managed the entire process for the same fee that other firms would require me to carry out some of the application procedures myself. He was most efficient and diligent, and always keen to communicate. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Never having had to deal with probate issues before I was a little intimidated by the prospect of working with a local solicitor, uncertain about fees and what the actual process was.

When I found the clear and detailed Making Probate Easy website I was hopeful of not having that legal morass and uncertainty.

And Stephen surely put these concerns to bed. Everything was up-front. There was a complete explanation of the process, the costs, the timeline, etc. He patiently answered all my (dumb) questions.

I loved the colour and number-coding of the documents he sent me for signing, and the instructions for the documents I had to arrange at my end. (Like getting certified copies, etc.)

He sent everything by Express Post, and included return pre-addressed satchels, so even I could not stuff it up.

I am more than happy to recommend Stephen; the probate really was made easy!
