I contacted to enquire about writing a will. The man who answered was rude did not introduce himself or state what company he was from. Asked me what i wanted and I when I asked him who i was speaking to he refused to answer just kept pushing to know what I was calling about. This is unprofessional at the least and unacceptably rude. I would think that a person picking up a call for a company would at least state the company name and their name by way of introduction rather than be aggressive and rude. There should be negative stars on the rating system

I do not know how their legal services are. However, their migration service (they take different name time to time, for example, executive migration, ) is the worst possible in the town. If you love your money please stay away from this company. Their migration staff, name Sara, knows nothing but googling. If you just want to pay your hard earned money someone for just google something on your behalf, I prefer you take some off from your work and do own research. I am seriously astonished that with such low level of knowledge how they pass migration course and got registered. They are very cheap, cheapest to whatever you want. But your time and money will go in vain eventually.
