Buyer beware - the conveyancer I used spotted that work had been done without a permit, included its rectifying as a special clause in the contract of sale, and then just took my money and ran. And "accidentally requested" too much $$ for the trust account and had to give me a refund of the overcharge. I had to follow up with real estate agent, council, tradies - all of whom were great, but very disappointed in Mann Legal.
