Very dirty & untidy. The owner should come & clean the place now & then. Crap everywhere. At least washing was reasonably priced.

Would have to say are the most disgusting machines I’ve used. Most smell like dogs and are full of pet hair. Won’t be supporting this business that’s for sure

This would be one of the best laundromats in Australia. Free powder, very clean facilities, good value and change machine. Infact when we arrived, a friendly and helpful staff member was cleaning. Thankyou for such a wonderful service in Roma.

Without a shred of a doubt, THE single most disgraceful, disgusting, unprofessional bullying behaviour I've EVER encountered in ANY business in Australia. My personal opinion only - overpriced... Complaints are responded to with foul abuse... swearing at my wife in a stereotypical South African arrogant accent & an attitude of entitlement one would never expect from a man that age. If the machine you've chosen doesn't work, you will NOT receive money back but you will receive a torrential cascade of angry intolerant abuse. Approaching with even a congenial manner - if it's a legitimate complaint it's irrelevant - you'll be sworn at. What a stain on Roma this place truly is. I'd rather wash my clothes in Bungil after a flood than give our patronage to this apparently ungrateful immgrant again.

Very dirty machines and didn’t wash clothes properly also dryer took money but didn’t work and the South African man was extremely rude when I asked for a refund for the dryer not working and no refund was given! Definitely do not recommend, extremely poor service.
