We were EPOAs and Litigation Guardians for a friend who suffered a brain injury. Trisch Partridge was recommended to us by an RSL Advocate, and we engaged her to act for our friend in his property settlement (family law). At the first meeting Trisch did everything we needed to move things forward promptly. The matter became even more complicated when a bankruptcy trustee became involved. Once the Death Certificate was issued and due to property ownership and deposit funds held in bank accounts I contacted Trischa to apply for Grant of Probate through the Supreme Court.
