Unfortunately my experience did not at all align with the other glowing reviews posted here - it was a complete waste of time.

M&P's communications were extremely poor.

I initially contacted M&P in mid May with my query, and provided relevant info, as MP requested, on 19 May.

On 11 June M&P's partner indicated that he would review and call me next week to discuss. I never heard anything further.

After approx. 4 weeks of waiting I called to check the status of my query - I was informed by the partner that they are too busy at this time of the year and he suggested I find alternative assistance.

Workload considerations for June should have been made by M&P from the outset.

Why would M&P wait 4 weeks to inform me of this? Why did M&P not follow through on its undertakings? If they did not have the capacity to take the work at this time of the year, why didn't they inform me of this several weeks ago?

While I received polite indifference, M&P did not offer any apology for their lack of service and poor communication.
