I highly recommend this service. From my first call with James, I was listened to and guided through every step. I was able resolved my issue. James even followed up several weeks after to see how i was going. A shout out to the team too, the website offers valuable resources for small businesses. Yup 5 stars for a debt collection agency when I’m the one oweing and had forgotten to make my payments. Whoopsie.
Why 5 stars? Because they asked me. And they done everything as expected with a lovely kiwi accent.
Maybe I should have been leas compliant to really test their skills to give a proper review?
None the less…. Polite, respectful and maybe not the most friendly “have a chat with the operator” sounding person but still pleasant to speak with.
