As a business owner, I’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but after months of ongoing issues, I feel compelled to leave this review.

I’ve been consistently given false assurances about when my tax issues would be resolved, yet they remain outstanding. Despite leaving countless voicemails and emails, communication has been almost non-existent.

This lack of response has led to missed deadlines, unnecessary fees, and a great deal of anxiety. We just want assistance with everything cleared up, as promised.

I've been attempting to deregister a company through Mr Vella since before November 2024. Extremely poor communication, has gone MIA for months at a time. Not returning emails, slow to follow through with actions. Total lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

Michael was very quick with getting in touch with me and setting up a meeting, he was very knowledgable and the tax return was lodged quickly. We also had two furtner Amendments to lodge which I understand takes time however communication is an absoloute pain, several Emails to him or the office remain unresponded as I am still awaiting the amendments to be processed now almost 6 Months later.
For a one time fix great, if you need more maybe not the most reliable option.
