My experience with Maurice Blackburn at Maroochydore was excellent! I started out not knowing what was going to happen to me after my work place injury. I was scared and didn’t feel like anyone believed in me. Leanne and Ash were so supportive, kept me up to date at all times, organised appointments with medical specialists and followed up after all of them. My case went to mediation and was settled in a little over a year.
I am so grateful to Leanne for being the kind, empathetic person she is. She really made a horrible time and situation seem not so bad!
I would highly recommend this team for their successful outcomes and for just being real and kind people who were always on my side.

I have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic office. I had a complex David and Goliath case, that I frankly didn't think would get very far. I was not in a great place and had anxiety and stress with only my sense of indignation to motivate me. From my first call to the final signature my experience was consistently professional and empathetic. I felt secure in how everything was handled as the professional consistency was reliable and predictable. I didn't have to second guess or worry about my team missing anything or not making every step clear and understood. This greatly reduced my anxiety as I had confidence in the work and attitude applied. My lawyer, although highly professional at all times, also had an empathetic understanding of me as a human being. I was not treated in a clinical impersonal way, but with an attitude that was flexible and took into consideration my personal circumstances and way of thinking. I admit I was cynical and perhaps a challenging personality at times, but my lawyer was always calm, in control and reassuring. Mostly, she was honest, which established trust early on. I was always treated with respect and patience. Regardless of the outcome I would be grateful. As it stands now, I could not be happier. All outstanding issues have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. All staff were extremely professional, reliable and friendly. Codie Clarke is a highly competent professional, with great insight, who goes above and beyond to ensure honesty and integrity in an easy going manner that gets results.
