Dealing with this law company, particularly Michael Byrom, has been a painfully frustrating experience. Despite stating that all communications should go through them, they later claimed to have no answers and refused to communicate further. This inconsistency and lack of responsiveness make it difficult to trust them with any property-related contracts. I would not recommend their services based on my disappointing and terrible encounter. ( Tips: if you want to state or represent, "find out" the answer and not "I don't know and I will not respond to you" very unprofessional
