I would recommend Mark McGrath solicitor at McKays Solicitors Mackay for anyone who is requesting to dissolve being part of a Body Corporate.
Mark made the whole experience easy to understand and helped every step of the way.
Mark helped explain how body corporations worked and used his experience from other cases to help us understand why our situation was different from others because of shared zones etc.
Mark made it possible for me to get a successful outcome that worked best with my situation.
