Jed and Ty were both very personable yet professional and quick to respond to all of my questions. They were helpful throughout the entire process.

My biggest issue was understanding how alimony works. The key factors are supposedly their "needs" vs my ability to pay. Apparently in TN, "needs" include a lot of what I wouldn't consider "needs". Just make sure to get good clarification.

Otherwise, I would highly recommend using Jed and team.

I HIGHLY recommend lawyer Jed McKeehan and his legal assistant Ty Nease at Mckeehan Law Group! They are outstanding and very personable. McKeehan Law Group, LLC was hands down the best option we could have chosen. Their communication was extremely quick. They informed us through the whole process of what was going on or of any concerns regarding our case. They communicated promptly with the court system as well, and had everything filed within days. This firm is by far the best I have worked with. They took on our case that generally would have taken 6 months to a year to complete and be finalized. They worked promptly and worked on our behalf to get things handled for us. We were done with our case within 2 months! The only reason it was even that long was because of waiting for the “court” to set their date. I highly recommend this firm. You will not be disappointed.
