If I could give 6 stars I would. The process of settling on your first home can be somewhat unnerving but with the help of Kylie and the whole team at MKA it was a breeze. Everything was transparent and explained perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Would never recommend this firm.
If I could give No Stars I would. As a new client looking for pretty much straight forward conveyancing and Will to be prepared this firm is straight out unprofessional. We asked for a quote right from the start so we know where we stand. Which is standard procedure. Called office twice and asked again when we dropped information off to there office.
As this was an urgent matter we needed prompt service. All conversations I/We had said they would prepare a quote for us shortly. After waiting nearly two weeks with no response from them I called them for the last time. I was told again they would have the quote to me by the end of the day or next business day. I told the lady not to worry about it as we needed this done asap and I would take my business elsewhere. She said whatever that's fine. I found this lady to be very rude and abrupt and in my opinion didn't seem to care. Since our last phone conversation we have already had our conveyancing work completed and settled through a different firm. We never heard back from this firm until I went to my mailbox on Friday ( nearly 6 weeks after first going into office) only to find a draft Will in there. OMG!!! How do you run a business in this way I have no idea. Quote first!! Then if happy with quote go ahead with conveyancing first then prepare Will
Anyway I just wanted to let people know about my experience with this firm and to be aware of how unprofessional they are. Stay clear.

If I could give less than one star I would, I'm not sharpest tool in the shed but the condescending and patronising tone of the staff left me speachless. It's a tough time going through a divorce, a little bit of support, even just a smile is sometimes enough to bring some light on a dark place, you won't find that here.
